While in Vegas we decided to visit Dream Racing to track a real race car. This car is not a tuned up version of the F430 road car; it’s a genuine GT series race car. The day starts with an 18 minute orientation video explaining car dynamics, safety, course layout and strategy. Then its on to the simulation room, where instructors talk you through a laser scanned version of the actual course. Finally, it’s time to suit up and strap into the Ferrari F430 GT Race Car. From here your instructor provides instant and precise instruction over the radio headset while the 550 unrestricted horses rocket the 2600 lb race car around 11 turn inside road course at Las Vegas SuperSpeedway. It’s an experience you have to live to comprehend.
